In a nice backend grid you can see the products your customers put on their wishlists. It displays all relevant things regarding the products and customer data. You can view detailed information about the wishlists and customers. By this you can promote special offers to individual customers in order to animate them buying the wishlist product. This extension is for free and can be downloaded here.

How to use

To view the backend grid listing the customers’ wishlist products go to Marketing > Wishlist Notification in the backend menu. There you can see a quick overview of the latest wishlist products:

  • Product image
  • Product name
  • SKU
  • Price
  • Special price
  • Customer information: name and email
  • Date of adding product to the wishlist
  • Review status for backend staff

If you click on Filters on the top right you can filter the grid by these data fields. If you want to see more details of a wishlist entry, go to Select and click Edit. Backend grid

On the detail page of a wishlist’s entry you can see:

  • Customer data (name, email, address)
  • The added wishlist item (price, image, name, sku, date, stock)
  • The whole customer’s wishlist
  • The review status field

If you click on View customer you can see the edit page for that customer. You can write him/her an email by clicking on his/her email in order to promote a special offer. By clicking on the wishlist item’s name you can view the product edit page.

Every wishlist entry can be checked after review from backend staff by setting the status field to CHECKED on the right side. Therefore you can simply filter the backend grid by checked entries in order to not contact the same customer again. Detail view
